oooo my....

So, today I'm not having much a better day than yesterday.

I'm having to do our annual customer satisfaction surveys at work today. Well I'm doing them for a second time. Last week I spent 3 days tracking people down and bugging them for 5 minutes for them to answer a few questions for me. And I couldn't just take any person... I had to have a certain number from every demographic. So it would take me the full 8-10 hours that I work a day for three days to get a full 500 person random sample. (Yes, I'm going all prob and stats on a :P) So... as I am entering the samples into the computer program that analyzes the data for me, I was shredding my paper samples. I had 422 entered and my computer crashed! No back up copy, no paper copy... nothing. My boss was sooooo angry, he cursed and cursed and cursed and all I could say is, "Ill just have to redo them." So, thats what Im doing now. Unfortunately I had to explain to the board of directors why I couldn't give the annual performance report this week. Not fun.

SO... here I am at work, killing time till my next round of surveys have to be done at 11. Im so overwhelmed with all the homework that I need to be doing. I am so frustrated , I haven't spoken to James since Sunday evening becuase Monday he didn't answer when I called and he didn't call me back and Tuesday we played phone tag cause he called me when I was in class and then he never called me back last night.

Ok... so thats enough rambling now, time for my 11:00a batch of surveys. Then I have to run home, I forgot my assignment to turn in, then BACK to campus to fight for a parking spot, then class 1:40-3, back to work to teach an abs class till 5, then home to shower and hopefully make it to church on time. O yea... I guess I need to find some time for lunch in there, that might be a good thing ;)
