Well! What a ride the last 4 months has been!! I haven't blogged much because Ive been busy getting married and settling down into my new life! A LOT has changed for me. Some of those changes have been biter sweet and some have just been plain awesome!!
So... Let me start with my favorite... On May 18, 2013 @ 3pm I married my best friend in the entire world! Marriage is everything I thought it was and SOOOO much more! Here is just a few pics from our day!

Complete with horse and carriage!!!
Once a daddy's girl... always a daddy's girl!
Groom seeing me coming ;) AWWWW lol
Our unity ceremony! A fishermans knot... the tighter you pull the individual ropes, the tighter it gets... the ropes will break before the knot unties :)
You many NOW kiss your bride! We saved the first one for our wedding day and YES... It was worth the wait! ;)
I have learned so much about marriage and I KNOW there is tons more to come! Its hard but I LOVE being married :)
After getting married, I realized just how miserable I was at my job! Everyday I prayed that divinely I would hit the lottery and never have to go JCMC every again! I loved what I did and loved my patients, but the work environment and management just made me miserable. And out of the clear blue sky God opened a door I was reluctant to walk through. Hospice. The very word strikes fear/sadness in most hearts. And truthfully a lot of people imagine us walking around like the grim reaper carrying a scythe lol. In all honesty I thought... "I just dont know about all this!" And in the last 8 weeks I have learned just how much God was drawing me to this and I had no idea! I love that God plans things for my path instead of letting me have control because I LOVE THIS JOB! Yes, Its emotional but I finally feel like I am doing something that makes a difference and something that matters! I now look forward to going to work and am just amazed at how God is growing me into the Nurse he wants me to be! No, its not the acuity and the fast paced medicine I was good at. But I love the change and the blessing this job is!
The last 6 months have been a whirl wind! I learned a lot!! I hope to get back into the swing of blogging again! I take pictures of MOST everything SO hopefully I can jump right back in to my photo/blog :)
BLESSINGS!
