So, V-day was Great! James called me he needed to talk. I wasn't sleeping... just laying in the bed cuddling with my cat pee wee. So I got up and cleaned my apartment because it was in dire need of cleaning. I ran some errands and went and got James' gift. I went to the gym and ran for a while came home and showered and studied and napped. James picked me up around 6. We went to olive garden. It was PACKED and me and him don't do big crowds all crammed in to one place so we left for carabbas. The wait time was 2 hours but there were places to sit, so we waited. It was a lot of fun. We just got to spend some time together. It was nice just to be together... not necessarily chatty, just people watching. We finally got seated around 8. Dinner was good as usual... I love carabbas. Then he brought me home and we just sat in my apartment talked and played with my cats for a little while. I think that has been my favorite time with him.(except for Bristol our first year together when he took me to look at the lights) We just got to spend some time together that we havent gotten to do in a LONG time just me and him. He also got me this really pretty gold and diamond heart necklace and earring set. I love it. And of course chocolate ;).
I was amazed today while we were eating lunch. We were talking about how some of the girls were dressed last night. YOWZA... I am amazed at some of the things they wear. What happened to class? He commented that he was glad that I was modest. It was good to hear. I just don't understand why girls think that they have to dress trashy to be attractive. What happened to the 40's and 50's Audrey Hepburn style? I'm not saying that you have to walk around with turtle necks and skirts to the floor, just class with some modesty. I mean really... the rest of the world doesn't need to see your business. C'mon folks! Ok Ill get off my soap box ;)
